About the Role
ATTOM is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager/Director to help shape, operationalize, and scale our revenue operations. This is a high-impact role combining deep analysis with hands-on execution.
You will collaborate closely with functional executives across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Support, Product, and Finance to inform and shape revenue operations strategy. This role plays a critical role in influencing strategy and putting it into practice by delivering actionable insights, recommending process and go-to-market improvements, and implementing those recommendations across systems and workflows.

About the Role

What you will do:
Analyze, Diagnose & Recommend
- Analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, win rates, and sales cycle performance
- Conduct win / loss analysis to identify drivers of success, failure, and deal slippage
- Analyze products & pricing across data, and solutions that are selling—and those that are not
- Evaluate performance by industry, ICP, use case, deal size, and contract structure
- Identify revenue bottlenecks and growth opportunities across demand generation, sales, renewals, and expansion.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to revenue and executive leadership
- Analyze and make recommendations on: Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), industry vertical performance, and core and emerging use cases
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to refine: target accounts and segments, messaging and positioning, and product and data packaging strategies
- Support data-driven decisions on where to focus GTM investment
- Translate insights and recommendations into implemented processes, including:
- Pipeline stage definitions and exit criteria
- Forecasting and deal review cadences
- Lead, account, and opportunity scoring models
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows
- Identify tech stack opportunities and integration
- Help drive adoption of new processes across revenue teams
- Support revenue forecasting (commit, best case, upside)
- Perform forecast vs. actual analysis and identify drivers of variance
- Support quarterly and annual planning with scenario modeling and insights
- Partner with Finance to align pipeline, bookings, and revenue expectations
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders across: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support / Success, Product, and Finance
- Align metrics, definitions, and reporting across teams
- Support executive pipeline reviews, QBRs, and operating cadence
- Analyze pricing, discounting, and deal structures
- Support deal desk processes and pricing governance
- Identify expansion, cross-sell, and churn-risk indicators
- Support land-and-expand strategies across data, analytics, and AI products
Required
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into execution
- Hands-on expert-level experience with Salesforce (architecture, reporting, dashboards, workflows)
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with senior and executive stakeholders
- Ability to design, document, and implement operational processes
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence without direct authority
- Experience in B2B SaaS, data licensing, analytics, or platform businesses
- Familiarity with long, complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience with win/loss analysis, ICP modeling, and segmentation
- Exposure to MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
- Experience working closely with Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
- Base pay range 130,000 – 150,0000 annually plus commission (Final salary offered may vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience)
